Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
I was recently charged with 5th degree theft at Walmart. My children I believe had placed items in my bag valued at $10. Wondering what my chances are at having this removed from my record or if I should just plead guilty.

If you plead guilty or are found guilty there is no provision in Iowa law for expungment of criminal records.
