Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Kirby vacuum contract
I bought a Kirby vacuum 9/06/07 and the contract I signed says I have three days to cancel. I would like to cancel. How do I make sure they get the notice of cancel within three days so that I don't have to pay for the vacuum?

The RIght to Cancel Notice should specify how and where to do it. If not specifdied- Send Express Mail vis USPS with Delivery CONFIRMATION.
