Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

Is there some sort of harassment claim if a credit card company is calling you 5-6 times a day to both me and my wife about a late payment that was 2 three days ago? They have called my wife and I back to back all weekend long, including SUNDAYS, it there and issue here?

Your answer is found in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. As to whether you have a cause of action, that's probably determinable by an attorney who handles that sort of litigation.
