Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I am being charged with possession of marijuana and a paraphernalia charge and my attorney is urging me to take a deal, I wanted to know if it's worth going to court and possibly get the charges dismissed or should I take the deal?

I agree with brother Miler. In addition, why do you think you're getting bad advice from your attorney? Did you, or did you not do what you're accused of? Was the search valid? More facts would help the analysis.
