Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I lost my job in October 2014 and am being accused of taking $300,000 over 7 years. I have a gambling addiction. I have attempted to arrange some kind of payback if they do not file charges and I am in treatment.i do not have any previous record and I am 60 years old
