Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I got a divorce from my previous wife. Her and my grandma at the time financed a car together. after the divorce i signed a paper stating that i would try to refinance the car and get her name off the title and put it in my name but i have had no luck and is impossible. my grandma wants them to repo the car but i don't want that and instead have offered to give the car back but she has to take over payments. Can she do anything legally towards me?

You're not clear as to who "she" is; your exwife or your grandmother? Are you not working and can't you afford to take over the payments? You signed a paper agreeing to "try to refinance the car and get her name off the title", but you don't say with who you signed this agreement. Your description isn't clear.
