my ex-husband took off with a car that my mom and him bought. it on her name and said he was going to keep paying it but now he stopped paying and wont answer my calls or text messages. The bank is thinking about going against my mom they even sent a guy to get the car from my house but we don't have it. He has it

Well, your mom's in a pickle because her name is on the loan. I assume you contacted the bank, explained the situation and told them where the car could be found, so as to mitigate the damage?
