Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I have a finalized divorce and during the divorce my ex moved to AZ. Inot order for him to finalize and sign the papers we agreed to our son visiting az this summer. My son has ADHD and was on weekly play therapy and medication. While in AZ my ex refused tof keep our son on his medication and his therapy. I have medical documenting from AZ saying this. My question is due to the fact that my ex point out refused and neglected our sons mental health can i stop all visitation to AZ or yet push to have his rights removed for neglecting his son?

You can seek a change in permanent custody assuming that you had custody in the first place.
