Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

The mother of my child wants to move out of state. If she does this, she will be moving away from myself, her family, and my family. She is moving away from anybody who could help her. It will force me to drive 4 hours both ways to pick her up, then another 4 hours to take her back. This means that my daughter will be stuck in a car for 4 hours every single weekend I have her, which means less time with her because I would have to take her back earlier. The mother is moving because her boyfriend got a job offer, whom she has only been dating for less than 6 months. She doesn't have a job lined up, and plans to move in with the boyfriend (she is not living with him now). How can I keep my daughter closer?
