Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I pay child support but have only seen My child once since she was born 3 yrs ago the mother knows I am unable to drive myself to see her, and has two men living in the home that she tells the child are her daddys she has said if i want to have one of them adopt her she will but it will cost 3000 dollars and I need to pay it. Is it possible to sever my parental rights for a child I cant see and the mother puts constant road blocks in my way to have anything to do with her?

I think adoption is your only course of action. She could file for termination but it sounds like she doesn't want to spend the cash to let you off the child support hook.
