Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
My ex wife is still living in our house since we have been divorced since May 2014. It states in our Decree that the house is to be sold and split per our agreement. In the decree it does not give a time line to get the house on the market. All I have gotten is the run around as to shy we aren't trying to sell it. We did everything without lawyers. This is the inly issue rhat i have rhat u should have paid more attention to. Do I have cause to take her to court?

You can but you will have to serve her with a contempt motion and bring the matter before the court and show that she has not made any effort to sell the house or cooperate in the process. In your pro se filings did you set a date certain that the property had to be disposed of by or listed for sale?
