Legal Question in Employment Law in Israel

Company Owner sending harrasing email...

The owner of a Jewish company I work for has been harassing me over email after I asked for compensation with regard to working beyond my job functions. His reply was a montage of explanations about my own secular holidays and time provided off by the company. He's remarks include items like, why don't you get another job, and you mean to tell me you can't get another job with all your talents, to asking about friends employment to compare what I am paid. The company hired, African American workers promised of work for years and fired them in two months. Hired Chinese workers making slanderous remarks about their work ethic and fired a few one month later as the company needed them only for non-secular holidays. In addition once hiring for the job places an ad with an Asian newspaper and didn't review any non-Asian applicants. I’m a dedicated employee with the fifth highest salary in the company and a track record of 10k a year increases over three years. The VP of the company asked me about letting him find me a job with another firm as he felt bad about my current will for additional funds and thought I could be better suited elsewhere. I think I'm being squeezed out of the company because of my pay. Can anyone advise?

Re: Company Owner sending harrasing email...

I would like to take a look at the emails which you have which set forth the harassment by the owner. If this treatment is motivated by age, race, sex or national origin, you do have a claim against the company.

Feel free to contact me to discuss this further and also to forward the emails for my review and further counsel.

Kind regards,

Peter Moulinos
