Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas

Do I have a case against net10 for making me wait for over a month and a half for a replacement phone and airtime bill that I have purchased? I received a replacement phone as of December 12 but it was a cheap flip phone. Not the smartphone I bought. And still no time card. I've been dealing with this since at least October 31. What can I do?

Depending upon which plan you bought (Net10 had different warranties for different phones) you may have a claim for recompense of the.money you spent furnthe phone. You did not indicate how.much of the airtime was unused. You may have a claim for recompense of the.unused portion, or refund of what you paid. You may have to pay per hour if you want an attorney to handle this for you.

Good luck
