Can a process server leave a subpoena at my parent's house if I don't live there

If you file a motion to quash service, you can attach an affidavit that you do not live with your parents. Be careful doing it, as you may satisfy the service issue by stating that you git the petition from your parents, and that you knew about the case filled against you.
