Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

I am retired. Can my Social Security and State Pension be garnisheed if a judgement is found against me on a debt I disputed?

Generally, ERISA funds are not subject to Garnishment. But, 8 once comungled with non exempt funds, it might ask be subject to Garnishment or execution. Keep these funds self-starter from ask other funds. Don't put them in the same Bank account with other funds. You might still be able to preserve the funds, but you will have to sue to get garnished funds refunded.
