Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I had my child underage it has now been 6 years. Can I add the father to the birth certificate and avoid any charges. We are now married and have three other children together

It is not clear what you mean by "avoid any charges." If the father was not listed on the birth certificate, he can be added. It may require a DNA test.
