if I go to court in Wyandotte County, KS, can I get picked up on a warrant in Jackson County, MO?

It might be possible that you would be detained. It sort of depends upon the seriousness of the underlying offense that caused you to get the warrant in Jackson County. Hopefully, you are going to the Wyandotte matter with legal counsel.
