Your charges won't be transferred. It doesn't work that way. Probation and parole can sometimes be transferred from one state to another, but nor prosecutions. Besides, your zip code is in the Kansas City area, close to the Missouri line. It seems you are hoping to move a relatively short distance. You should be able to go to court in Kansas even after you move.

Missouri's courts have no interest in hearing Kansas cases. Missouri judges are not experts in Kansas law. Neither are Missouri prosecutors. Missouri is not going to spend its taxpayer's money prosecuting a Kansas case -- or incarcerating a Kansas convict if you lose. And Kansas isn't going to spend its money to send a judge and prosecutor to Missouri for your convenience.

Of course, if the Kansas court has ordered you not to leave the state, then you have to obey that order. That would prevent you from commuting across the state line even for your job, let alone from moving there. I presume that the court has made no such order, but I want to note the issue just in case.
