Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I am going on a party bus for homecoming and there will be underage drinking I am on diversion what will happen to me if I'm not drinking on the bus and it gets pulled over

Just being on the bus with underage drinkers may violate your diversion agreement. Definitely you should not drink, nor sit by anyone that is. If possible, try to sit near the chaperone, so someone with credibility can attest to your actions while on the bus. Don't drink at Homecoming, as any alcohol in your system on the ride home, can make you vulnerable to any alcohol found on the bus, if it is stopped on the way home from the part(ies). Consider seriously not riding in the same bus with the drinkers.
