Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
My son is due to go to trial on Jan. 15, 2015 for a felony charge. His lawyer passed away yesterday. What happens now?

Someone needs to let the Judge and prosecutor know immediately. Your Son should start finding a new attorney even sooner.
