Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
Can i terminate my probation if i have fullfilled my obligations before time up. I have probation vilation now.?
Can i get a new p.o. if the one i have isnt helping me have a successful and poitive outlook on my life.?

Your posting is confusing. If you completed all your requirements, how would you have a violation? You may request to change po, but there is no duty upon the court or office to oblige.
