conperency,
if a person and a insurance ajuster know of a macanical defect in a corn harvester and someone is hurt by that defect and they keep that knowlage from the person whom was hurt ,so that the owner would not get sued.[ is that consperency? ]

This could be insurance fraud. One question to
ask immediately is whether the statute of limitations
has run to file a products liability suit against the
manufacturer of the harvester. You need to talk to
