Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas

My dog was used as a stud, stud fee was to be pick of the litter or price of first puppy sold. I was told by the owner of the female that she wasn't impregnated. The female owner posted a Craigslist add selling puppies. I contacted them through Craigslist i asked for details about puppies and parents,They sent me pics of my dog as the sire then i contacted them directly. I told them who i was and asked for an explanation they literally said "um um" then hung up. They did not use my dogs akc numbers for their pups but is using my dogs pictures as the sire. Do i have any legal right to the stud fee? I have a hand written agreement and pics of our dogs together to prove that we tried to breed. Is this enough to be successful in small claims court? This is a short version of a long story so if you need more info please let me know.

Based upon the few facts that you provided, it sounds like you have a dispute or claim that a small claims court would hear. The strength of your evidence, and the way you present it, will have a lot to do with your success.

Good luck
