In order to renew a Protection From Stalking Order, it is necessary to prove that there is reason to believe that the stalking behavior will continue. You may wish to bring up the old instances of stalking to show that bad behavior has gone on for a long time, and you have every reason to believe it will continue. You have not specified what type of evidence you are talking about, so it is difficult to speculate on whether it is relevant. The judge will have to determine whether it has any bearing on the Protection From Stalking renewal request. If it was scary behavior, try to bring it up. It can't hurt your case if the judge just believes the evidence is too old to be of any value now.
