I had a vehicle left on my property over 2 months ago and they won't come get it what can I do?

If you want the vehicle, make am abandoned vehicle claim with Dept of revenue, motor vehicle division in Topeka. If not, send a letter to owner telling them that you will have it towed off in ten days. If they don't retrieve the vehicle, have a tow company remove it. Or, If you have the keys, move it to a public street.
