Can I file a restraining order on someone when they have already filed one against me?

If there is an Order restraining you from going near someone, it would be absurd to request an other Order to keep the same two people apart. If rhe person that saught and got an Order against you, is purposefully going near you, you would ask the Court. To find tgem in Contempt, and maybe sue for abuse if process or prosecution.
