Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

I am a Kansas resident and was involved in an auto accident. The other vehicle involved ran a stop sign and hit my vehicle. I was not aware my license had been suspended and my insurance had lapsed. The other driver was issued a ticket and I was arrested. Will the other drivers insurance pay for my damages? Pretty sure my car is totaled.

Based upon the facts you described, it sounds like the other driver may be liable for your losses, ultimately. As you may know, Kansas is a no fault state, so you may have to sure to get recompensed. , if your damages are large enough. I suggest you consult directly with a civil practice attorney, to give you advice on all the facets of your claim.

Good luck
