Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

I live in an appartment complex and there are many young children. my children are teenagers and because they are older the other parent in the complex expect my kids to watch thiers without asking them to. this is also happening at the local bus stop. If something were to happen to those children and they get hurt, are me and my children going to be held responsible because they are outside with those other children?

Unless you have agreed for you and/or your children to babysit, you're only liable for the harm you cause. You should make it clear that the other parents are responsible got the oversight if their children, not yours.
