Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas

We just evicted some tenants legally with a three day notice. They have left personal property outside the rental this includes chickens. We want this stuff gone, but also we don't want the ex-tenants on the property everyday to feed the chickens. We want everything gone!

Based upon your posting, it sounds like you need to finally evict the tenants, through the courts. Otherwise, you run the risk of owing them more than they now owe. But, you are not required to greed their animals.
