male executive being propisitioned by female ececutive for sex
what can a male do who is being sexualy harassed and offered advancements at work by a female? what can be done if the next incharge laughed and wont do anything about it?

Sexual harassment is illegal in Kansas, whether it is a men harassing women or
vice-versa, as in your case. You should complain to a supervisor who has authority over
both of you. If the company does not stop the harassment, you should talk to an attorney.
At that point you could file a complaint with the Kansas Human Rights Commission and the EEOC.
