Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

What are the best documents to have drawn up for a married couple with grown children? We live in Kansas, both work, own our home, but do not own a business, therefore it is a relative simple estate. Should we have a revocable living trust, last will and testament, powers of attorney, both durable and health directive, etc. and should these be drawn up by an estate lawyer or can we be sure that doing it ourselves through this format will be sufficient? Thanks

Given the complexity of your decision, probably the best document that you can sign is a thorough representation agreement with a competent estate planning attorney.

Good luck
