Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

Mineral Rights are still owned and a company is wanting to buy/lease them. Aunt's will left them to My grandfather, his siblings & all their living children. 35 years later, all siblings have died, but there are only 4 of their children still living. Does it pass on to the dead children's children now?

Depending upon the wording of Aunt's will, the property may pass down that way, if they predeceased the aunt. If not, then one must look toward grandfather's (and now deceased siblings) estates to see who owns their portion of mineral rights.

Good luck
