Pay issues involving job chang

I had to change positions within the company due to workmans compensation injury. Can they put me on pay freeze or reduce my current hourly wage?

They can do either. However, if, when you have reached maximum medical improvement, and if you have a non scheduled injury, and you receive less than 90% of your wage at the time of the injury, you are entitled to a "work disabiity" which is usually worth substantially more than a bodily disability. I suggest that you hire an attorney to represent you. Kansas Workers Compensation law is too complicated to do it yourself.
