Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kentucky

what kind of atorney

i need an attorney for a wrongful arrest case against the comonwealth of kentucky. but after searching this siteand others have no idea what area f law this falls under. can anyone help?

Yes you need a civil rights attorney who knows something about Federal law and state law. You may have to pay the lawyer to take the case because the court is not as sympathetic to these types of claims recently.

First question to ask the new lawyer, how many cases have you handled in federal court and how are my chances if I bring a 1983 case?

If he is confused, he is the wrong person.
