Can a divorce decree in which alimony was awarded to the wife at age 62 be resended if the wife remarries in the state of Kentucky?

Depends upon the wording of the divorce decree. Generally, alimony ceases when the recipient remarries. But if the alimony was granted in lieu of property division, there may be a problem. You need to discuss this with an attorney for a more definitive answer.
