I have a DVO against my husband and he has our son and refuses me visitation until I give him my address and amend the dvo. we are going through divorce and custody since march 2007. I have no lawyer, what can I do? do I have to give him my address and phone number?

This is an unusual situation that you describe and you need to get the matter before the Judge in the case as soon as possible by filing a motion to compel time-share or the set and enforce time share.

You don't have to give him anything. If a divorce has been filed, then temporary motions can be filed to address custody, support etc. Also make sure that the Domestic Violence Order doesn't address custody. I would also look into contacting an attorney to help you out with these matters.
