Re: phsyical abuse and visitaion

You pretty much blew your chances when you missed your court appearance for no good reason. the court appearance took precedence over everything in your life, including doctor appointments, car breakdowns, etc and most illnesses. I am assuming that the Cabinet for Human Resources has custody of your child and your only chance now is to work with them so that and you and your child can be reunited.

You should discuss this with an attorney and perhaps he can get the case re-heard. When you say that "I just missed my court appearance..." it indicates that you do not have any concept of the importance of what is going on and the Court feels that you do not care about your child. You should see an attorney as soon as possible.
