If a woman stops taking birth control to get pregnant without the man knowing what are the mans options ?

You have no options. You will be charged child support if it is yours.

1) Always use a condom, 2) abstain from sex outside of marriage, and 3) pay child support.

Pregnancy is a common consequence of sexual intercourse so one might say you waived any right to object to a pregnancy by engaging in the activity.
