Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My son is now eight years old. His real dad can not stay out of jail. The last time he got out he was out for like 6 months, and nothing was done over child support due. He owes my son 12,000 +. What can I do? Is there anyway to get the government to pay it, and then have him to pay them back?

I am not aware of any government program like you have described. You can contact the child support office and/or an attorney. There is a wide variety of actions they can take on your behalf.
