Family based greencards

Our daughter who is a us citizen is going to sponser us(my husband and me) can she also sponsor our two sons her brothers age 14 and 20 (WITH OUR APPLICATION) Not seperate as siblings but as immidiate family

Your daughter can sponsor you and your minor children as a priorty based and not as a immediate relative. basically it means that you have to wait for the petition to be approved before filing the adjustment of status. Your older son may have issues, because he would have "aged out".

Parents of U.S. citizens over the age of 21 do not need to wait for a priority date- they are "immediate relatives". Thus, you may qualify right away for immigrant eligibility.

Your children, however, would be placed on a substantial waiting list as brothers and sisters of US citizens are accorded a lower preference number under the current allocation of immigrant visas.
