Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

What next??

My wife was injured in an auto accident in 1997. Soon after our lawyer filed a $100,000.00 suit against the State of Kentucky. We recently won the case 80% to 20%, but we were only awarded $1,300.00 for lost wages and my lawyer will not give me an explaination. Do I have any further course of action?

If your attorney will not explain the outcome of

your case, you might consider

contacting the Kentucky Bar Association and

explaining the steps you have taken to obtain

an answer to your question.
