Under Tennessee law, you definitely are entitled to a payment due to your herniated disc. I cannot tell you how much until I know the amount of your average weekly wage and the percentage of impairment you have from the back injury. Please give me a call or e-mail me and I would be happy to discuss this with you. DO NOT rely on what the insurance company tells you about how much your award should be! There are a number of factors that apply to determining your award and they will not tell you all the factors....Bill Poland
