Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana
My brother is being arraigned tomorrow on stalking charges because 2 harassing phone calls were made from his phone by someone else but because it was his phone he is being charged with stalking because of 2 calls to someone he doesnt even know. Is it ok if I write the girl that this happened to a heart felt letter and ask her to rethink everything and try to help us get the case dropped if she feel so? I don't want to get in trouble or make anything worse. Please help. Could I get in trouble or hurt anything?

You cannot get in trouble unless you threaten. Best thing to do is to talk to the district attorney.
