Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I have a non job related injury. I have a ulser apricot 2" deep and aprorx 1/4" deep. If I use all of fmla can my job let me go? I feel like my job is pushing me out! If I have to work with a cane it is a restriction and they may not be able to accommodate me. Is this legal? I have been with the company over a year!

They are under no obligation to keep you, Louisiana is a tight to hire/ right to fire state. This is not a disability which would qualify under ADA act.
