Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

me and my girlfriend were sitting in my car talking outside of her residents when 3 NOPD officers pulled placed us both in handcuffs for no reason. Then started search my car without asking or telling us why he was. While he was doing so I asked the other officer what we did. He said someone called. I said for what, we where just in the car talking. After I asked that question one of the officers started asking where me and my girlfriend worked at I said I was a bartender and she said she was a dancer. After she said she was a dancer one of the officers asked if she did private parties. The other officer that was searching threw my car without permissions asked her what club she worked at which she said, but I wont say. Once she said which one the officer said she must work the dayshift because she cant work the night shift, meaning he was trying to say she was ugly. After them harassing us and taking us out of the handcuffs. I asked the other officer what we did and he said I was parked wrong. Which I dont understand because I was parked outside her house on the street like everyone does in New Orleans. Can I file a lawsuit. If so will I have a chance to win?

You can sue whomever you wish. What damages did you suffer, and who inflicted those damages on you? What witnesses do you have to back up your claim for damages?
