Legal Question in Construction Law in Louisiana

homeowner self contracted the construction of a metal building. Foundation is said to not be adequate, who is held responsible for the foundation since homeowner did not have a foundation design drawn by an engineer

The concrete company will be if they failed to follow specifications they contracted to pour. If they poured exactly as specified, then the homeowner bears the responsibility.
