Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana

I bought a car from someone that said they had a clear title. Turns out, it had a lien. I believe them and don't think they did anything intentionally wrong, but I have a car I can't do anything with for a week or more until the title comes in the mail. Can I force them to take it back and give me the money back?
