Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
i have 10 days left on probation. i still owe money and need my ged. i cant work because i have to have knee surgery, i scheduled my test but cant take it until my probations supposed to end. i have proof of both my scheduled test and my knee surgery information. what will most likely happen?

The key question is, has your probation officer ruled you into court? If not. take the test for your own sake, and by all means, take care of your knee. If so, seek a lawyer who can get you some delays until your knee is fixed.
