15 yrs!
Hi,
my brother was just sentenced to 15 yrs for burglary here in louisiana. Im wondering if he is able to appeal although he did take a plea bargain and if not, how many years does he have to serve?

If it was a guilty plea, normally he cannot appeal the conviction but can appeal the sentence.
