Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

My husband was arrested and I bonded him out and then out of no where the bondsman called and said that I called them (I am his wife) and stated that we were no longer together and I had no idea where he was. This is not true I have never called them. He was arrested the next day, because they stated the bond was surrendered. What can we do to get this taken care of? He did owe money on the bond still and I dont know how a bond could be dropped out of the blue. PLEASE Help me.

You probably waited too long if you are depending on an answer from this site.....but you should have had your husband's attorney immediately contact the DA and the Judge and the Bondsman so they all know he is not gone and you and he are together so that his bond should never have been forfeited, and that someone other than you made the call. With that said, I doubt the story that he took off, but that is not my job on this free site.
